These terms apply to your use of this website and to appointments requested through it. By using the site you accept them.

The website is information, not treatment

Content on this website describes services offered at Epidermcare in general terms. It is not a diagnosis, a prescription or medical advice for your situation, and no doctor–patient relationship is created by reading it or by sending an enquiry. Care begins only at a consultation.

Appointment requests

The booking form composes a message that you send to the clinic on WhatsApp or by email. It is a request, not a confirmed appointment. The day and time you choose are preferences. Your appointment exists only once a member of the clinic team has confirmed it to you.

Fees and payment

No payment is taken through this website. Consultation and treatment fees are payable at the clinic by cash, card or UPI. Prices shown on treatment pages are ranges for guidance; your exact plan and cost are confirmed at consultation before treatment begins.

Cancellations and lateness

Please tell us on WhatsApp as early as you can if you cannot attend, so the slot can be given to someone else. If you arrive substantially late we may need to shorten or reschedule your visit so that later patients are not delayed.

Outcomes

Medical and cosmetic treatments carry individual variation. Nothing on this site or said at the clinic is a guarantee of a particular result. Risks, expected benefits and alternatives are explained to you before you consent to any procedure.

Your responsibilities

  • Give a complete and accurate medical, medication and allergy history
  • Tell us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning pregnancy
  • Follow the aftercare instructions given to you
  • Attend review appointments so the plan can be adjusted

Text, design and images on this website belong to the clinic or its licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
