Reading this site, sending a WhatsApp enquiry or requesting an appointment does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you are seen and assessed at the clinic.

No promised outcomes

Response to dermatological treatment varies from person to person. Where this site gives expected timelines, for example that most patients see visible improvement over three to four sessions. These are typical patterns, not guarantees. No treatment described here is presented as a permanent cure, and no comparison is made with any other practitioner or clinic.

Before-and-after photographs

The clinic publishes clinical photographs only where the patient has given specific, written and informed consent, recorded in their file and withdrawable at any time. Images are published unretouched, with lighting and framing kept consistent, and are always presented as one individual's result rather than a typical or expected outcome. Where no consented images exist for a treatment, none are shown. Stock photographs are never used to imply a clinical result.

Emergencies

Do not use this website, WhatsApp or email for an emergency. If you have a severe allergic reaction, difficulty breathing, a rapidly spreading rash with fever, or any other urgent symptom, go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.
